Voting Rules 2023
The voting process for the GSA Awards 2023 involves two critical components - public voting and Globe Soccer's Official Jury voting. The public voting allows fans worldwide to have their say in selecting the best in football during the year.
It is important to note that when casting your votes, nominees' performance throughout the entire year of 2023 should be considered.
Following the public voting phase, Globe Soccer's Official Jury will cast their votes. The Jury's voting will also take into account the nominees' performance over the course of 2023.
This dual voting process ensures a fair and comprehensive evaluation of nominees, incorporating both the voice of the public and the expertise of the Jury.

Round 1
Running Period: Nov 21, 2023 – Dec 7, 2023
(100% voted by fans)
Fans can vote on a total of 172 nominees split across 11 Main Award categories, and 74 nominees split across 6 digital award categories, and will be able to vote through a dedicated Globe Soccer Awards website available at https://vote.globesoccer.com.
The nominees receiving the most votes in each category will integrate the shortlist of finalists who will proceed to Round 2.
Round 2
Running Period: Dec 12, 2023 – Dec 28, 2023
The shortlist for each category elected in Round 1 will be listed for the public to vote on their favourite finalists.
In this second and final round, the calculation of the final results will involve the official jury of Globe Soccer, with the jury’s vote weighing 75%, while the public vote will count 25% towards choosing the final winners.
The winners for each of the 15 categories will be announced live during the Globe Soccer Awards gala ceremony to be held on Jan 19, 2024 in Dubai.
